Loved the complimentary Italian breakfast, especially the local cuisine twist! Close to Piazza Bologna and Villa Borghese, which made for a scenic stroll. Conveniently, Rome Termini Train Station was just 3.2 km away.
Oh, how I adored the charmingly small toilet, so Italian!

the hotel was great and overlooked the street. the property employees were attentive. 3. the location in Rome was marvelous and incredible, very close to the train station, the suburbs of Rome, and the bus stand. 4. Found a place called Al Tinello d'Abruzzo, set near the hotel, ate there a few times. 5. I appreciated the stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Il Magnificus Boutique. the hotel had a great view of the street, the staff were attentive, and the location in Rome was outstanding. It was conveniently close to the train station, suburbs, and bus stop. I also enjoyed dining at Al Tinello d'Abruzzo nearby a few times. My stay was truly appreciated.

The room was amazing! It had a private entrance, which made it easy for me to access without any hassle. The soundproofing in the room was a blessing. I could enjoy a peaceful and quiet sleep without any disturbances. Having a minibar in the room was fantastic. I could have chilled beverages right at my fingertips. The cable TV kept me entertained during my downtime in the room. I never felt bored. The air conditioning in the room was a savior, especially during the hot summer days in Rome. The private bathroom with a shower was great, and the bidet added a touch of luxury to the experience.
Personally, I didn't find the kitchen with a stovetop and toaster very useful during my stay.

The bed and breakfast served an "Italian" breakfast. The nearest airport was conveniently Rome Ciampino. I enjoyed the close proximity to Santa Costanza and Luiss University of Rome.
The smoke-free guesthouse offered complimentary parking nearby. Oh, how I just love the smell of car exhaust with my morning coffee.
